Invitation and Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors
We invite you to become a sponsor and help defray program costs. Your sponsorship helps to cover the costs of speakers, luncheons, and coffee breaks. This is a self-supporting program and we really depend upon sponsors to keep the price of the event at a reasonable level. All sponsors will receive at least one complimentary registration, which includes the banquet lunches, one copy of the proceedings, acknowledgment at the podium, in the proceedings and in the program, and a sponsor ribbon on their name tag. Sponsors at the Silver and Gold levels will also have the opportunity to display a banner featuring their company near the coffee area. Below please find the benefits for each sponsorship level.
Alfalfa Green Sponsors ($250)
One registration, listing in the proceedings and on the prominent poster board, acknowledgement on the podium, and sponsor ribbon.
Alfalfa Silver Sponsors ($500)
Two registrations, listing in the proceedings and on the prominent poster board, opportunity to display a banner provided by you, near the coffee area, acknowledgement at the podium, and sponsor ribbon.
Alfalfa Gold Sponsors ($1000 and above)
Three registrations, listing in the proceedings and on the prominent poster board, and opportunity to display a banner provided by you, near the coffee area, acknowledgement at the podium, and sponsor ribbon.
