Invitation and Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors

We invite you to put up a commercial exhibit at the conference. This has been a highly successful format for exhibiting products or ideas related to alfalfa.

Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, the cost will be $375 for a tabletop display (cloth covered, without electricity), and $50 for the option of electrical hookups. Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration, which includes the banquet lunches and a copy of the proceedings. Overnight security will be provided.

Exhibitors are required to send a check with their application forms to secure a spot. Set-up scheduling information will be forthcoming.
