Exhibitor Information, 2008

  • Invitation
  • Invitation and Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors
  • Greetings! On behalf of the University of California Alfalfa Workgroup, we are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2008 Alfalfa & Forage Symposium in San Diego. This symposium is organized by the University of California Alfalfa Workgroup and supported by the generosity of the forage industry. This year, we are combining the Alfalfa Symposium with the Western Alfalfa Seed Conference and will also feature an agricultural tour of the Imperial Valley.
  • Why Exhibit?
  • This is an important year for alfalfa. Prices are at record high levels, and growers are very interested in new products and ideas for saving money. It’s a great time to be a part of this important conference! The program covers many issues (markets, pest management, varieties, biotechnology, harvesting, forage quality, alfalfa as an energy crop, and resource management) related to alfalfa, other harvested forages, and seed production.

Each exhibitor receives one complimentary registration (including banquet lunch and a copy of the Proceedings).

  • Put up an Exhibit
  • We invite you to put up a commercial exhibit at the symposium. The exhibit hall may fill up before the deadline, so register and make your payment early.
  • Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, the cost will be:
  • $395 for a pipe-and-drape table top display
    $150 for optional electrical hook-up
